We will cover laid stitches such as trellis, outlining, and shading stitch techniques such as long & short blending, turkey work, as well as how to use tools, wool threads, and quality linen twill fabric. In our first session, we will learn stitch techniques and become comfortable with using wool threads on a doodle cloth. Our second session will be dedicated to beginning a small pattern. Pattern selections will be available to students in class, but if you have an idea please bring it!
