Hand Embroidery 102: Trust Who You Are

The creation of this pattern and stitching it several times over a year, helped Sarah gain the confidence to dive deeper into her love of embroidery. Hopefully, learning and practicing the stitches in this beautiful moth will give you a boost as well!

This is a class that assumes you have knowledge of basic line and looped embroidery stitches. Sarah will teach techniques such as couching, turkey work, and a variation on the rhodes stitch. We will also practice using small amounts of thread with their corresponding needle size.

Cost: $140 course fee, includes 4 hours of instruction over the course of two sessions

• It is recommended that you bring your thread palette to class ready to stitch. A choice of 5-7 thread colors is recommended.
• All other materials will be provided. Please feel free to bring any of your favorite embroidery supplies to work with.
