Students need to bring the following materials:
- 12ct and 18ct Mono Needlepoint canvas (available at Michael’s) (Not plastic)
- A selection of sizes of Tapestry Needles
- Stretcher Bars (min 12” square) or a Scroll Frame
- At least 3 different types of thread: different weights and fiber content

Sarah R. is a hand embroiderer and heritage textile artist. She loves exploring and sharing traditional needlework with her students!
Sarah has been teaching hand embroidery in Atlanta since 2014. She earned Technical Certification with SanFrancisco School of Needlework & Design in 2023 and is currently working towards a Certificate with the Royal School of Needlework.
