If you love sewing pouches as much as we do, you are going to love this Pouch of the Month sewing class. This is the perfect opportunity to unlock your creativity and master the art of sewing stylish and functional pouches with zippers, pockets, and more!
Darcy will lead you through each step, from selecting the perfect fabrics to master using your zipper foot for perfect zipper placement every time. Each month we will feature a different pouch.
You will not want to miss out on the Pouch of the Month! Check the photos in the listing to get a visual of each pouch for the corresponding date.
Cost: Includes interfacing and zippers
Prerequisite: Sewing 101 or equivalent skills

- Open Wide Zipper Pouch
- Zipper pouches are so easy and fun to make, once you get started you’ll want to make them all the time! Great for teacher gifts, as well as for the students and artists in your life. This pouch lives up to its name and opens all the way up, making it a great pouch for getting into easily. It is also a fun basic pattern that you can easily customize with a few small changes! We will be making the LARGE size pouch for this class but instructions for all sizes are the same, so once you’ve made one you can make them all.

- These sweet little pouches use a clever way to finish the lining and they come together super fast. They’ll give you a great chance to practice using your zipper foot and you’ll leave with an adorable pouch that you could give to your bestie to impress them (or keep for yourself, we won’t tell!).

- If you can sew a zipper you can absolutely sew two and make this adorable and practical pouch. If you’re nervous about zippers this is the perfect project to boost your confidence! We’ll be making the Large size pouch with an optional handle

Supplies needed:
- Coordinating thread
- zipper foot
- sewing machine
- basic sewing kit (scissors, pins, marking tool)
