Week 5 of our Countdown to Christmas is a great opportunity to practice beginner quilting techniques with the Quilt As You Go (QAYG) Coaster Set. Grab that bag of fabric scraps you tucked away for the perfect project and come prepared to make a cute set of fabric coasters. No two coasters will be alike, and that’s the fun of it!
You can make them to coordinate with your quilted hot pad or just make a bunch of random coasters you can place around the house or bundle up for gifts. These QAYG Coasters are perfect to make and have on hand when you need a last minute gift for someone. Add them to a gift basket with a few kitchen items and they are great as a house warming gift.
Cost: $75 course fee
Prerequisite: This class assumes that you’ve completed our Sewing 101 course, or have equivalent skills.
Skill level: This is a 101 beginner level class.
