Week 3 of our Countdown to Christmas we will make Fabric Postcards worthy of mailing to friends and family near and far! And yes, you can actually mail them. According to a little Google research you can actually mail them just like a cardboard postcard via USPS, if you keep them with these size parameters: 4″ x 6″ and no thicker than 1/4″. Or, you can purchase a few envelopes at the office supply shop and keep them safe when mailing.
Fabric Postcards are a lovely way to use your fabric scraps while making a gift that will last a lifetime. Your friends and family will surely pull these out year after year to place on the mantel as part of their holiday decor. Use a solid fabric on the back and get out your fabric markers to write a heartfelt note.
